Dr. Jodie Warren speaks passionately about Kirstin's case to her students and introduced this case to me.
When searching "Duran Bailey" these photos came up from a woman with the last name Duran-Bailey. I was not able to date the photos, but they were posted on Myspace by this unidentified man's wife. He is never named in the photo comments but referred to as the woman's husband. There are some facial features that may be consistent to the mugshot photo of "St. Louis". No one has reported on Duran Bailey's case since Kirstin's exoneration, nor is any detective working on the case.
I cropped out his wife in all the photos
I wanted to point out the facial hair is very distinctly shaped and goes around the mouth. This is similar to above photos of the unidentified man. Also, the ear fold is very pronounced and seen in the side view photo of the same unidentified man. The mugshot is a terrible photo so identifying it to any other photo should be taken with a grain of salt.
I want to speculate here because it is unknown who Duran Bailey was prior to him moving to Las Vegas. He went by "St. Louis" and was from Missouri and that is all I was able to find. At some point, the victim had a family who loved him. Although he may have done terrible things, like rape Diana Parker, maybe he used to be a different man? We may never know...
